System design
NGE looks for the best solution following Client budget, enhancing environmental resources and reducing energy consumption thanks to advanced hourly energy simulations. We manage projects for every building and phase (Concept, tender and construction design), ensuring quality and sustainability.
BIM
Furthermore, we use complex energy simulations to estimate energy consumption, calculate thermal loads and test efficiency strategies. This integration of BIM and energy models allows to provide to the Client with reliable data and decision-making tools based on real scenarios.
Site supervision
We manage the advance of site monthly, coordinating project variations and involving all the figures (client, suppliers, quality control). During the startup phase we do functional tests and final tests to ensure the correct functioning of systems.
Due Diligence
We draft detailed reports, complete with trends and predictive simulations, to evaluate efficiency interventions and achieve energy and economic savings. Our reports provide to the Client a detailed view with intervention options measured on budget and goals.
Plant optimization
We find solutions to improve efficiency and comfort, sometimes with simple adjustments of BMS logic, otherwise with replacement of key components. Thanks to hourly simulations and debate with Client, we measure results in terms of energy savings and environmental sustainability, achieving rapid return on investment.
